From the beginning, the journey hasn’t been easy. One of Carlos’s biggest challenges was earning people’s trust in a different kind of proposal. Starting a business in a market dominated by informality and quick fixes was like swimming against the current. However, perseverance, a clear vision, and consistency in his decisions allowed him to grow and solidify his position.
“One of the biggest challenges is getting people to believe in your vision, especially when you’re offering something different from what they’re used to,” Carlos emphasizes.
For Carlos, mindset is key in any business venture. Beyond capital or ideas, he believes success depends on how you face challenges. A mind trained in resilience, with strategic vision and emotional stability, is what truly makes the difference in business.
“The right mindset is what allows you to adapt, reinvent yourself, and not be consumed by uncertainty,” Carlos shares.
To those starting a business or brand, Carlos advises not to follow trends. He strongly believes in starting with a clear purpose and solving a real problem. He also highlights the importance of studying the market, patiently building a reputation, and surrounding yourself with people who bring value.
“My advice: don’t launch a business just because it’s popular to start a business, start a business because you have a purpose. Sometimes the business grows faster than you do, and that’s when mistakes happen,” Carlos notes.

“My goal is to keep creating useful content and positioning the company as a national reference in real estate legal advice,” Carlos shares.
