In that sense, Paul Carassone, also known as The Property Boss, is a successful real estate investor. He runs a property management company, called Carassone Property Management and he also offers real estate mentoring and teaching.
“There was way too much bad information out there going around. I thought that people needed to know the truth about investing in real estate. They are being taught that all they have to do is buy a piece of property and then they’re rich…doesn’t work like that!This is not a get rich quick scheme, real estate is a business and must be treated like one!”, Paul explains.
The Property Boss’ mission is to mentor and teach as many people as possible to be successful real estate investors. Paul ‘s clients can expect to learn the truth about real estate, including the good, the bad and the ugly!
Through one on one meetings and weekly group calls with his members, Paul personally guides all of his clients, gives them a personalized service and, above all, expertly teaches them everything they need to know about real estate in today’s world.
“I want all my clients to become property bosses as well! They can do this by finding the right properties, paying the right prices and running those properties like a business”, he adds.
Through his company, Paul offers mentorship, property valuation and property consulting. In fact, his main goal is to guide clients in the right direction. The objective is for customers to learn how to find and evaluate properties on their own.
“One of the biggest lessons I have learned in my coaching career is that most people have the belief that once they have the money to buy a property, that’s it, they don’t have to do any work. But that’s not the case at all. Successful real estate investors understand that managing a property is a constant job and that they must work hard to keep their properties in good condition”, Paul details.
He is currently working on his new book, which will be out in spring 2023. The main purpose of the book is to provide valuable information on how to become a successful real estate investor, but that’s not all! It will also focus on some of the common mistakes people make when investing in real estate and how to avoid them in order to become successful entrepreneurs within the industry.
In addition to the book, Paul plans to begin property syndication around the last quarter of this year!
